Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2, 2026 · Effective: May 2, 2026
Acceptance
By accessing or using FluxNow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. This section is placeholder text only and does not constitute legal advice or a binding agreement until replaced with counsel-reviewed language.
The service
FluxNow provides hosted tools for building, deploying, and operating software projects. Features, availability, and limits may change. This overview is illustrative; the definitive service description will be defined in the final terms.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant FluxNow a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service. Details of licenses, confidentiality, and export obligations will be spelled out in the production agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service—for example, by attempting to access others' data, distributing malware, or violating applicable law. FluxNow may suspend or terminate accounts that violate acceptable use policies once those policies are published in final form.
Pricing & payment
Paid plans, billing cycles, taxes, refunds, and payment processors will be described in the finalized terms and checkout flows. Until then, any pricing shown in the product is subject to change.
Termination
Either you or FluxNow may end the relationship as set out in the final terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service stops; provisions that should survive (e.g. indemnity, limitation of liability where permitted) will be listed in the binding document.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Caps on liability, disclaimers, and mandatory consumer rights vary by jurisdiction and will be addressed in lawyer-reviewed terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will describe how we notify you (for example, by email or in-product notice) and when changes take effect in the final version. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance where the law allows.
